青州鼎丰机械有限公司坐落于风景秀丽的历史文化名城，紧邻胶济铁路、济青高速和东青高速公路交界处，交通十分方便。公司主要生产收割机变速箱、联合收割机变速箱、玉米收割机变速箱、玉米联合收割机变速箱及小麦联合收割机变速箱，驱动轴、半轴等产品，公司始建于2003年，占地15000平方米，总投资2000万左右，拥有韩国现代起亚加工中心、美国卧式加工中心及高效数控花健铣、数控车床等先进加工设备并于2005年通过TS16949质量体系认证。公司始终围绕产品品质的提升，加大新的开发力度，公司于2013年以生产变速箱为主，主要用于玉米、小麦、水稻、大豆等收获机械的变速箱、齿轮箱。公司现有人数73人，工程师5人，研发人员3人。公司重视人才的引进和培养，吸纳了一批专业从事产品研发工艺装备，试制、验证、制造的工程师，培养了一支技术过硬、敬业向上的技术团队，从而保证公司的产品质量的稳定和现有产品的改良产品及新产品开发的研制能力。公司建立了科学的人力资源管理体系，逐步完善、充分发挥个人潜能的人才运行机制，给每个人提供发挥自己能力的空间，实现自我价值。
